She previously worked at CBS Sports and Fox Sports. Kolber is a Pennsylvania native, Kolber received her graduate education from the University of Miami. Her professional journey began as a Video Coordinator at CBS Sports, New York City. She earned a Local Sports Emmy during her tenure with WTVJ-TV which is located in Miami. Also, she worked for WPLG-TV Miami and WPEC-TV West Palm Beach in Florida. The station was selected as an anchor for ESPN2 in 1993 after the channel launched for the first time. After three years with the network, she quit ESPN2 to join Fox Sports. Then she returned with ESPN in 1999, and is present as host of Monday Night Countdown.
